Yogurt Drink is a great drink for a hot summer day because it hydrates you, cools you off and is extremely healthy.
|Preparation time:||5 minutes|
|Dahi or Yogurt||1/2 cup|
|Black Salt||1/8 tsp|
|Ground Roasted Cumin seeds (jeera)||A Pinch|
|Red chilli powder (lal mirch) (optional)||A Pinch|
|Crushed Kali mirch (black peppercorns)||A Pinch|
- Whisk yogurt to remove any lumps. Add 2/3 cup of cold water and whisk again. Adjust the consistency as per your preference.
- Add all the dry ingredients and whisk again. Yogurt Drink is ready.
- Add ice cubes and serve it chilled.
- Feel free to use any other herbs in the drink.
