Jamun (Jambul) is an evergreen tropical tree native to Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and Indonesia. Jamun fruits are available only for a month in the whole year and they taste great. So if you have a Jamun tree then this drink is the way to consume all those purple goodies. Be aware though, they stain your mouth purple temporarily.

|Powdered Sugar||2 tbsp|
|Rock Salt (Black Salt)||1/4 tsp|
|Ground Black Pepper||1/8 tsp|
|Ground and Roasted Cumin Seeds||1/4 tsp|
|Chat Masala||1/4 tsp|
|Lime Juice||2 tbsp|
- Boil the Jamun in a little bit of water till soft.
- Strain them through a coarse sieve to get all the pulp. Add some water as required.
- Mix rest of the things to the pulp and Jamun Drink is ready. Serve it chilled.
