Jamun (Jambul) is an evergreen tropical tree native to Bangladesh, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Sri Lanka, the Philippines, and Indonesia. Jamun fruits are available only for a month in the whole year and they taste great. So if you have a Jamun tree then this drink is the way to consume all those purple goodies. Be aware though, they stain your mouth purple temporarily.

Ingredients
| Jamun | 2 cups | 
| Powdered Sugar | 2 tbsp | 
| Salt | 1/4 tsp | 
| Rock Salt (Black Salt) | 1/4 tsp | 
| Ground Black Pepper | 1/8 tsp | 
| Ground and Roasted Cumin Seeds | 1/4 tsp | 
| Chat Masala | 1/4 tsp | 
| Lime Juice | 2 tbsp | 
Method
- Boil the Jamun in a little bit of water till soft.
 - Strain them through a coarse sieve to get all the pulp. Add some water as required.
 - Mix rest of the things to the pulp and Jamun Drink is ready. Serve it chilled.
