Amla/Anwala Coriander Chutney is a great way to enhance any Indian meal. On top of that Amla/Anwala/Gooseberry makes it a super chutney with all its Ayurvedic goodness.

Ingredients
| Anwala/Amla/Gooseberry | 4 |
| Salt | 3/4 tsp |
| Fresh coriander leaves | 100 gm |
| Green chillies | 2-3 |
| Cumin seeds (jeera) | 3/4 tsp |
| Lime | Juice of 1 lime |
Method
- Wash all the ingredients thoroughly to get rid of all the dirt, especially the coriander leaves.
- Grind all the ingredients in a blender. Add as little water as possible to grind. Amla/Anwala/Gooseberry Coriander Chutney is ready.
- If you make it in a big batch, you can freeze the cubes of chutney in an ice tray and save the cubes in a ziplock bag in freezer.

- Adjust the seasonings as per your taste.
