Nuts Laddoo are perfect for winter because of the warm nature of the nuts and it is really healthy because it is loaded with protein.

Ingredients
| Grated dry coconut | 100 gm |
| Foxnuts or makhane | 100 gm |
| Mixed seeds (flax, melon, pumpkin, sesame) | 100 gm |
| Almonds/pistachios/walnuts/cashew | 400 gm |
| Dates | 250 gm |
| Ghee (clarified butter) | 2 tbsp |
| Green cardamom powder | Of 2 pods |
Method
- Dry roast foxnuts till crisp. In air fryer, dry roast at 250 F for 10 minutes. Make powder when cold.
- Dry roast coconut powder till fragrant. In air fryer, dry roast at 250 F for 5 minutes. Crush in mixer a little.
- Dry roast mixed seeds on low heat till they splutter.
- Dry roast sesame seeds on low heat till they puff up.
- In 2 tbsp of ghee, fry all the broken nuts together till they start to change color.
- Chop dates.
- Add roasted nuts to the chopper and crush a little. Add seeds and crush again.
- Mix everything together and make laddoos.
Notes
- Feel free to add or remove any nuts or seeds you want.
- You may need to add more dates depending on the moistness of the dates.
