Ingredients
| Husked tomatillos | 2 cups |
| Serrano peppers | 2 – 3 |
| Chopped onion | 3 tbsp |
| Salt | 1/2 tsp |
Method
- Wash tomatillos and peppers. Taste the peppers and use as per your tolerance. If they are very hot, use just one. Otherwise, use as many as you can handle.
- Boil tomatillos and peppers with 2 cups of water until they are soft.
- Blend them along with chopped onions and salt. Salsa verde is ready.
